Effective Date: September 15, 2026
Carmona OS ("we," "our," or "us") is a fitness application operated by Carmona OS LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, account identifier, and information returned by the sign-in provider you choose. Carmona OS does not receive your Apple or Google password.
Fitness and Nutrition Data: We collect information you enter or generate in the Service, including exercises performed, weights, repetitions, sets, session duration, training goals, body weight, nutrition targets, and progression history. We use this data to personalize your training experience and track your progress.
Onboarding Preferences: We collect your program choice, experience level, available equipment, training schedule, and related preferences to customize your programming.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including session frequency, feature usage, subscription and restore events, and app performance data.
Support Information: We collect messages and feedback you submit through the Support feature, together with relevant account, subscription, device, and recent-workout context needed to answer the request.
Device and Diagnostic Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, crash reports, performance data, and troubleshooting context for app functionality, reliability, and support.
Camera and Photos: If you choose to create a photo share card, the image is processed on your device and passed to the system share sheet at your direction. Carmona OS does not upload or store that image on our servers.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, including: delivering personalized workout programming, pre-workout briefs, and post-workout debriefs; tracking your training progress and generating performance analytics; communicating with you about your account, updates, and new features; analyzing aggregate usage patterns to improve the app experience; processing subscription payments when applicable; managing entitlement, restore, and account-access state; responding to support requests; and diagnosing crashes or reliability issues.
Carmona OS uses artificial intelligence to help generate pre-workout briefs and post-workout debriefs from structured workout session data and related training context. Support messages may also be processed to classify the request and draft a response. Carmona OS does not provide a member-facing AI chat in this release. Data sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) is processed to provide these features and is not used to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.
If Apple Health integration is available in your version of Carmona OS and you choose to connect it, Carmona OS writes a completed strength-workout record and its duration to Apple Health. Carmona OS does not read data from Apple Health. We do not use Apple Health data for advertising, sell it, or disclose it to data brokers. You can stop future workout exports in Carmona OS and manage permission in the Apple Health app.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-app advertising. We may share information with service providers that help operate the Service: Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and product analytics; Anthropic for workout briefs, workout debriefs, and support triage; Vercel for hosting and server functions; Sentry for crash, performance, and reliability diagnostics; RevenueCat, Apple, and Stripe for entitlement, purchase, and subscription services when applicable; Apple and Google for sign-in; Bunny.net for exercise-video delivery; and Resend for delivery of escalated support messages. These providers process information for the services they provide to us and are subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.
We may also disclose information to law enforcement or government agencies when required by law, or to a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, a copy of your workout history, or deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account directly in Carmona OS by opening Profile and choosing Delete Account. You may also contact us at support@carmonaos.com.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
California residents may have additional rights under California law, including rights to know, correct, and delete personal information and to receive information about how it is used and disclosed. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a privacy right, contact support@carmonaos.com.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy within the app and updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
